This is a preliminary report of the 2009 AGM, more detail will be added as it becomes available.
Secretary Nick Reynolds produced the Annual Financial Report for 2008-9 and a brochure showing the Committee's plans for the future.
A letter from the Hall's Administrative Trustees indicated that they are willing to enter into negotiations on the sale of the Hall to the Committee was received on the day of the AGM and read out to the meeting. This means thta deatiled planning for the future can now start!
The Meeting elected the following five members, the limit imposed by the constitution, Rod Clarke, Liz Dermody, Bill Judge, Nick Reynolds and Gill Webb. Muriel Hirst and Ruth Wigmore agreed to being co-opted, if the Committee wanted their help.
